In Memory Day At The Wall
Seventy-five American heroes will be honored posthumously during a ceremony to pay tribute to the men and women who died prematurely from noncombat injuries and emotional suffering caused directly by the Vietnam War, but who are not eligible to have their names inscribed on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
