The EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) copolymer bag was designed to keep an individual M16 20rd Magazine clean and dry. In addition to the standard plain bag, a Chieu Hoi version was also produced with a psyops message designed to induce NVA and Viet Cong troops to defect.
